Overpriced and far from luxurious, but some staff and the beach were delightful

Some of the staff were exceptionally helpful. The restaurants were very good. And adults-only areas much appreciated.

Complete absence of common sense and flexibility displayed by some staff. Was there for business (as only decent hotel near airport it was the only option). I had a number of awkward and embarrassing moments which were completely unnecessary. Felt like I was being ripped off.

Wonderful memorable holiday - truly surpassed expectations

Truly wonderful experience - the food was excellent / the drinks and cocktails superb / Staff lovely and kind / the layout accessible for all / plenty space at the pools and water slides / spacious rooms which are all beach facing

The pool loungers are a little grubby and old - could do with being renewed for some nicer ones

The half of the Staff was really really nice , the gym , the swimming pools, and the view

The other half , the food quality even if we didn’t expect something really special from a all inclusive hotel but for this price it could be way better.

Super close to the airport - cracking resort!

A change in circumstances meant we needed to find a hotel for 2 nights, so we looked close to the airport and managed to find the Lovely coconut Bay. Rooms are fine, nothing special but they do a job. The food was plentiful and so much of it, literally non stop food and drink options - staff really kind too!

Pools were sooo busy! If you werent that early enough, you had to sit away from the main pool - the seats in the shade went first. It was VERY loud too - very family focused - which is no bad thing - but just something to be mindful of

Wonderful

Coconut Bay was perfect for meeting up with my family members and friends for a wedding. The kids could not get enough of the water park.

Reservations at the restaurants were difficult to get. The available food options were not that fantastic.

Beautiful beach, fun pools, delicious food and lots of sun

I loved the beach. At first i was nervous that its so close to the airport but turns out there are only like 5 flights per day and all in late afternoon. So it was quiet most of the time. The beach is beautiful. Lots of palm trees, beach shack with a bar, bathrooms , hammocks and beach chairs with umbrellas. The environment is very natural. There’s no development in signt so it feels very tranquil. The pools were fun too, one with a swim up bar and the other for sports. The food at this resort was amazing!! They make such good meat!!! The western might boogie night was hilarious. Country music in the Caribbean?! It worked amazingly!

The service was so-so. It was slow which i guess is the point when you come to the Caribbean to slow down. However, i had to pour my own water at the dining hall so to me that was just ridiculously slow. Also, the fan in our room was broken and the fridge was soooo loud i had to uplug it. All of the rooms are ocean view, which means that if you’re not a fan of late night entertainment you will get annoyed because its loud until at least 10pm/11pm every night. I don’t know how families with babies did it! I went to sleep with earplugs :-) luckily my 6 year daughter is a night owl.

1st time at Coconut Bay

The entertainment and the resort were awesome! Beach was well kept, staff did a great job combating the seaweed build up. Didn't feel cramped plenty of space when in the pools. Water slides were awesome, I could see them expanding that area more. We stayed on the harmony side this time but if we ever traveled there with our kids I think it would be just as great!

The buffet food was just ok, could be warmer and more options. Security stopped us from walking the beach at night and didn't really provide an explanation for why. Some of the staff seemed cold, felt a lack of just friendly smiles in passing. Biggest issue were the lack of outlets near the bed, could use outlets on or near the nigh stands on both sides of the bed.

Wonderful

Staff are amazing and food at restaurants are good, lobby bar also serve good drinks. Beach down closer to surf shack is nice.

Needs an update and then its a truly 5 star property. I would go back if it gets renovated.

Pleasantly surprised by entertainment and food

The front desk staff there were great especially Billy and Emily they helped me with everything I asked. Harley, Miles the staff at Jerk Treehouse were friendly and served great food . The food was delicious at buffet and Treehouse, really loved the jerk food, it was way better than Sandals Grande Jerk Shack (previously stayed there for a week) Thought the activities looked fun. Even though we were part of adult only section, we used the sun beds near the activity pool. They were very comfortable and clean. Loads are available, so there is no mad rush to get up early hours in the morning to reserve one, unlike Sandals. All in all good value.

The bathroom is really basic. I didn’t like the shower curtain as it would blown inwards and stick to you. They have connecting doors to the next door which lets in noise if you have noisy neighbours.

Fantastic resort. Loved St Lucia. What a place!

Quick and easy transfer to the resort and great welcome. Most staff extremely welcoming, customer service was great. Food was excellent. Cocktails were delicious. Choice of restaurants great. Loved the Harmony sun beds.

Wi-Fi was very bad in the rooms but excellent by the pool! Place could do with a spruce up but mainly very good. On the Atlantic side so very windy.

Loved the hotel very close to the airport so super continent, friendly staff, good food never got bored of the buffet and the restaurants were all great. and lovely beach and kite surfing school

Great hotel for a family stay, lots of activities to suit all ages.

Great location, really good food and beverage offering and fun kids club. Really enjoyed the theme nights, amazing fireworks on NYE!

Wifi wasn't reliable and dropped in and out a bit. Rooms we stayed in were a little dated but didn't take away from the overall fantastic experience we had at Coconut Bay.

The location was amazing. The staff were super helpful and friendly. However, the resort is in need of upgrades/renovations for the rates they charge.

The living quarters are in need of renovations. Bathrooms were old as well as the doors. Slight smell of mold throughout guest accommodations.

Good - staff wonderful

Location breakfast noisy - need noise attenuation or outside eating option/patio with picnic or patio tables. Too busy for younger children and older folk. Quality of breakfast food good. Eating outside in evening Swimming in the ocean 3-4/day Transportation to and from airport

Not having the Bar below our veranda - too noisy to sit outside and music had ended so all we heard were the raucous voices of drunk guests. Being told we were not allowed to walk off the property - we were use to roaming up and down the beach for miles. No windsurfing or wing sailing Limited kite equipment

Wonderful

The food was good - depending on the time it would be very busy. Upstairs the service was so slow and we didn’t receive what we ordered. The Buffett area was very busy and noisy. Needs to open earlier for children. Need some noise reduction. The water aquatics were great. Not being able to walk past the perimeter of the property was a bit upsetting for us Canadians as all beaches in Canada on the ocean are open access.

The room we had in the adult side was directly over the bar - so noisy we couldn’t hear ourselves when sitting on the balcony - the noise lasted until 2-3 am. On the other side it was wonderfully quiet in the evening but we were awakened by the gardeners at 6 am
